The Code of Practice for the Design, Construction, Operation, Management and Maintenance of Aquatic Facilities 2020 has been updated following feedback from industry and local government.
You are encouraged to review and promote the updated Code of Practice to interested stakeholders.
The Code of Practice was prepared to ensure that public aquatic facilities operate to not only a consistent, but a high health and safety standard. This is done by minimising the occurrence of disease, injury and other health-related complaints associated with their use.
