Project Overview:

BHP engaged Ecosafe Int. as an SME to support with the standardising drinking water management across its global operations. This included specialist consultation and the development of a Variance Analysis Tool to allow for benchmarking and the demonstration of risk mitigation over time. Our strategic consultation assisted with ensuring the alignment with best practices, reduction in operational and brand risk and a robust standard for delivering safe drinking water across diverse mining environments.
