A remote resources operator required urgent technical and communication (internal and external) support following water quality concerns, escalating stakeholder pressure and a direct threat to the continuation of operations.

– Rapid mobilisation and independent “source‑to‑tap” inspection across the camp, offices, and a secondary project site to identify acute risks and define immediate controls.

– Field verification and sampling coordination to validate exposure controls.

– Implementation of an interim risk based control plan focusing on practical and measurable actions including: efficacy of treatment controls, targeted flushing, ongoing residual monitoring/recording, deadleg assessment, storage integrity improvements and other applicable controls pending the full risk assessment deliverables.
