Partnering to Ensure Water is Used Safely and Sustainably
Fractional Chief Water Officer (CWO) leadership and practical innovative solutions – from digital compliance tools to specialist treatment and filtration technologies.
We combine strategic water leadership with practical, innovative technologies that are grounded in real-world operations. Our focus is not on chasing the newest gadget, but on selecting and integrating solutions that genuinely improve risk, compliance and performance, supported by executive-level CWO insight where needed.
We provide fractional Chief Water Officer (CWO) style advisory and coaching to support owners and executives. This includes strategic guidance on governance, risk and stewardship, participation in leadership forums, review of major projects and one-to-one coaching so internal leaders can confidently take on CWO-type responsibilities over time.
We configure digital compliance tools to match your governance model, standards and water systems. This can include structuring tasks (sampling, flushing, inspections), configuring alerts and workflows, designing dashboards for different roles, and creating an audit-ready evidence trail that simplifies reporting and assurance.
We assist with planning, selection, supply pathways and management of point-of-use (PoU) filtration for higher-risk settings, both for planned risk reduction and incident response. This includes deciding where PoU is appropriate, how it interfaces with your broader controls, and how to manage maintenance and replacement.
We work with you to evaluate and integrate other specialist water technologies, such as advanced treatment systems, modular units, PFAS-related solutions and emerging tools, ensuring innovation remains safe, evidence-based and aligned with your stewardship and ESG goals.
We provide independent advice on advanced disinfection technologies that go beyond conventional chlorination to manage biofilm, Legionella and other opportunistic premise plumbing pathogens (OPPPs). Our role is to help you evaluate options, design risk-based deployment strategies, integrate them with existing systems and verify that they are delivering the intended level of protection.
We support applications such as:
Dosing programs on networks with biofilm and OPPP issues, aiming to reduce or replace frequent chlorination boosting across schools and campuses.
Remediation and ongoing management of domestic hot and cold systems and RMD reprocessing water, with clear remediation protocols and upskilling of hospital teams.
Complementing or, where appropriate, replacing conventional chlorination in remineralised or long-residence networks (including island and new-city developments) to improve effectiveness, aesthetics and confidence in tap water.
Alternatives to intensive flushing and chlorination in care-and-maintenance or remote sites where DBPs, biofilm and OPPP risks are challenging to manage with traditional approaches alone.
For each project, we can assist with trial design, logistics, protocol development and training, ensuring that the chosen disinfection solution is practical, measurable and aligned with your broader water safety, stewardship and compliance objectives.
Our independence and trusted Team enable us to partner with you to map and navigate each unique water journey, identifying opportunities, providing balanced evidence based advice and delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes.
