The Water Services Association of Australia has recently released a fact sheet on how drinking / potable water and water services are expected to be affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Customer confidence is a very real threat to all business and they are looking to us as industry leaders to instil confidence in handling Hygiene and Health Management services.
